Facing the major national needs in the field of integrated circuits and semiconductors, the development of the electronic information industry and the demand for talents, the Party Committee of HUU decided to establish the Semiconductor Institute of Hunan University (Integrated Circuit Research Institute) to work with Changsha to jointly build the Changsha Institute of Semiconductor Innovation and Technology.

In the early stage, through many talks and visits between the college and Reasunos, we deeply understood the advantages of Reasunos Semiconductor in the R&D and sales of power semiconductor devices, and conducted in-depth cooperation with Reasunos Semiconductor in technical cooperation and product development.
